Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Products that have been opened, used, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened hair, scalp, and personal care products cannot be returned.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used products
• Products missing original seals or packaging
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Contact Thera-Gro within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
• Include your order number and description of the issue

Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund, at Thera-Gro’s discretion.


Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after approval
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Thera-Gro reserves the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy requirements.


Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by Thera-Gro
• Returned items must be shipped with tracking
• Thera-Gro is not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments


Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment
• Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
